Philanthropic Impact
Mr. Stanley Hui unconditionally and irrevocably donates his FWD Global Investment Insurance Policy (Policy No.: 84826161), valued at USD 2,500,000, to the United Civilization Trust. The donation agreement stipulates that only policy dividends may be used for charitable purposes, while the principal must remain untouched to ensure the sustainability of charitable endeavors.
Trustee Duties and Responsibilities
The trustee shall only utilize charitable funds upon receiving instructions from the settlor or management committee, and must ensure that funds are used in accordance with the charitable purposes specified in the trust deed (such as poverty alleviation, education, etc.). The trustee must provide relevant receipts within 7 working days after receiving donation receipts, and furnish necessary supporting documents to donors for verification.
Donor Rights and Limitations
Donors may propose non-binding suggestions for donation usage (such as designating specific charitable projects), but these must not involve political activities or activities that endanger national security. Donations are irrevocable, and donors shall not derive any commercial benefits from their donations. Co-initiators are not members of the management committee.
